XLlogger is wholly owned by itec ltd.

Description of goods
XLlogger take every care to ensure illustrations and descriptions within this website and their catalogue are accurate. We do, however, reserve the right to change specifications to improve our products and these may not be immediately reflected in the website or catalogue.

Data protection
XLlogger never makes your personal details available to other companies or institutions for marketing purposes and services. We hold your personal details to enable us to send you further information and to process orders and maintain your account.

Orders
All goods are offered subject to availability. An official order number should accompany all orders and if possible a contact name for delivery should be specified.

Prices
All prices as shown on the website and in brochures are exclusive of VAT and delivery/postage.

Value Added Tax
VAT at the appropriate rate will be added to all prices where applicable including carriage charges.

Delivery and postal charges
All quoted prices are for goods only. Delivery and postal charges are based on weight.

Delivery
For all items that are in stock at time of order, please allow 14 working days for delivery. We do, however, endeavour to deliver sooner. You will be informed if items are out of stock and the expected delivery time for those items. Orders received during the Christmas, Easter and Summer vacations will be delivered at the beginning of the following term unless specified for the standard delivery times.                                                                                                                                                            

Warranty
12 months parts and labour from date of delivery.

Goods damaged in transit or discrepancies in deliveries
Please check all packages for discrepancies against order or for damage on their arrival. Please notify with 48 hours of arrival of goods.

Payment
Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date.

Reservation of title
All goods remain the property of itec ltd until paid full payment is made.
